About

Greetings denizens of the Internet!  So, you’ve come here to learn a little about me?  There’s not really much to tell, besides that which is pertinent to this site.

I’ve been a gamer for the better part of two decades, ever since my parents bought us our first NES system one fateful Friday evening in the mid-80s.  I know its probably a crime to say this, but I wasn’t that into Mario or Duck Hunt to start with.  What really kick-started my love of he hobby was playing the original Dragon Warrior (U.S. title).  From that moment on I was hooked – first exclusively to RPGs, eventually I spread out to the gamer I am today.

I’ve owned an NES, SNES, GameCube, DS, PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP and Xbox 360 over the years (sorry, I skipped the N64 and haven’t felt the need to purchase a Wii yet).

I’ve been blogging for years, but only paying attention in detail to the gaming industry for the last two years or so.  My goals in that regard are to one day go to an E3 and to hopefully have my posts read by more than a few people (thank you few people who have read my blog in the past!).

If you’re interested, here’s my Xbox Live info, feel free to send me a friend invite if you’re up to it.  I don’t play a whole lot of games online, but I’m always up for getting my feet wet (assuming I can find my headset).

My gamertag is on the front page!

Happy gaming!
